Q: Are multiple accounts allowed ?
A: Yes, if you want to signup other accounts in your household, you may signup under your referrals, DO NOT STACK ACCOUNTS.

Q: What will happen if you decide for what ever reason that you do not want to carry on with the administration of the the website ?
A: The administration will be handed over to a responsible member.

Q: How long do I have before I get my account deleted for not upgrading to the first level ?
A: Strictly 12 hours from your registration, deletion is automatic.

Q: How long do I have to wait to get an answer from a support ticket I sent you ?
A: We plan on answering each ticket within 24 hours.
Q: What payment processors can I accept?
A: My Dollar Fund allows members to accept the following processors for advertising payments;

Q: What happens if my I have my first two upgraded referrals and I refer another person?
A: If you refer a fifth person and your level 1 is complete, our system will automatically assign them a the next upgraded sponsor in your down line who needs a level 1 referral. Once they upgrade this sets their up line.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: All transactions are between member to member agreements and should be handled between the two parties sending payments to each other.
Q: Is Global Pay Funds a subscription service?
A: Currently, My Dollar Fund offers one time payments for each advertising package..
Q: Is it possible to for down line members to upgrade past you if you're not on the level they would pay?
A: Yes it is possible if the down line member would like to upgrade to a level that you are to receive but you have not yet upgraded. We urge all
members to upgrade as quickly as possible to all levels.
